Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Glamazigh purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Earrings and custom or personalised items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Customers)
If you are based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at return@glamazigh.com before the 14-day period expires. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will refund the full order value including the original outbound shipping costs, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our team at return@glamazigh.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending back your item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Refund Processing
- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for refunds.
- Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable for customers outside the EU and UK, except in cases of a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at return@glamazigh.com. Once your original item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement promptly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Email return@glamazigh.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund as soon as we have verified the issue.
